Okay so let me start by saying i built my own pc a little while ago and everything was working just fine. But today i bought a new cpu cooler because my stock one wasnt cutting it. I took all the parts out and when i was taking the old cpu cooler i sort of ripped my amd cpu out of the socket because it was stuck with the thermal paste. Nothing looked broken so i figured it was all okay. I put everything back together with the new cooler and now when i start up my pc all the lights and fans start working but the monitor doesn't show anything and my keyboard/ mouse do not light up. I tried waiting a little while to see if something would happen but i am stuck at this. I just want to play games D:

Ahh ... you may have damaged your CPU. Have you checked the pins on your CPU? you may have plucked/bent a pin or two as it looks like the motherboard doesn't detect it or re-seat your CPU.

I had that same idea. Everything looks like it is in perfect shape. Is it possible i had too much paste? Lol i actually had so much on there it was like globs on there still also i think i might have not screwed the heatsink on enough be because it felt like it could move before and now that i put it back on it doest move at all. Could one of these be the issue?

Personally, I apply thermal paste by putting a little then spreading it across the CPU with a card or something. About the cooler, that's usually how a cooler should be. It should not move. Have you put it back on now? you may have just seated it wrong and have to re-seat it again
