Mounting Hard Drive

Can I mount a internal seagate hard drive with double - sided foam tape? I need to remove my drive cage and I don't have anywhere to mount the hdd except in the front near the mobo or on the psu shroud. Is double sided foam tape safe to use and will it cause much noise?

Does you case have any 5.25" drive bays? You can put your seagate drive in there.

No, that case doesn't have 5.25 drive bays.
But why do you need to remove drive cage? It's hidden away pretty well and can't obstruct anything.

As they say on the site, you have an option to add 4 HDD's more...check for that Add-on

Forget the double-sided tape idea - - it's totally inadequate for that purpose. Just to stop vibrations, yes, but not as a means of supporting it.
