I need help with my new processor and motherboard

So my old unit was:

A6 6400k
gtx 950
6gb ram ddr3

now i change my unit into:

g4560
gtx 950
4gb ddr4 2400mhz

when i put all the things together it worked well but my mouse is very slow any solution for this problem?

Make sure you are plugged into USB 2.0 ports. Sometimes 3.0 ports will not work without drivers for the installed. That big of a change, I would say reinstall windows.

i cant properly install the drivers because my mouse and keyboard is not working anymore awhile ago its working but idid not know what happen its suddenly not working naymore my mobo and processor is new i bought it an hour ago i put the usb connector in right area but its not working anymore

I did not reformat my HDD after the upgrade I just put the new mobo and processor at first mouse and keyboard works but when I'm trying to install drivers through flashdrive suddenly both mouse and keyboard is not working I use the rear usb for mouse and keyboard while front usb for flash drive does my bnew mobo is defective?
