Hi there, I'm new to this site. I've recently discovered this page while on the search for upgrades on my gaming pc and there's just so many different components that I've been looking at that I don't even know where to begin. I need every component to be compatible with the entire system. I'm currently working with - Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.12ghz. Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 210. Motherboard: Asus M2N-SLI. RAM: 6Gb (unsure of what type). I am a hardcore gamer that runs high demand games with graphics and fps as high as possible...ex: Stellaris, Fallout, Elder Scrolls, League of Legends, etc. I'm looking to do a complete upgrade since my system has started overheating and crashing. I've lost too much progress in games to keep fighting with it. My overhaul price range is around $600 dollars. I've also got room in the tower for 3 fans

All from a single merchant. Under $600, you get a future proof 6C 12T CPU that far exceeds any Intel i5 for its price range, and trades blows with Intrl's X99 brethren 6800K. Stellaris being a CPU-heavy game due to its intensive 3D physics calculations would perform better on the new AMD Zen chip with more cores.

Also, given that you play Fallout, Elder Scrolls and League of Legends, a GTX 1060 would be better as these games are optimised by NVIDIA for their GPUs due to large player base with similiar GPU.
