Disc clean when OS installed

Hiii

When OS installation total disc cleaned by cmd Promet and OS also installed..After completed that I suddenly realised an important data was there..how can I get lost data...

windows 8.1
DELL I7

Remove the hard drive from the system, attach it as a secondary one an another computer and run a data recovery program like Recuva on it to see if it will pick anything up. With you installing the operating system over your files the chances are very small that it will be able to recover anything without sending the disk out to a data recovery shop to work on. A clean in diskpart is also not good, but not as bad as a "clean all" which actually copies data over it.

If you actually ran the "clean" command (e.g. Diskpart > clean), then I'm sorry but your data is gone forever. If you're just talking about a quick format, then there may still be a chance to get some data back.
