I can buy the MSI Radeon RX 570 Gaming X or Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 3GB AMP! for basically the same price, which should I get?

Solution
They are pretty close, a mixed bag depending on which game you look at. See some tests here > http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2017-radeon-rx-580-570-review.

I'd personally take the RX 570 Gaming X, specifically because it has a good amount of VRAM (below 4GB will start pushing the boundaries). Digital foundry apparently had a great time overclocking them too if that is something you do.

Hope this helps :)

Solution
I will open with I prefer AMD over NVidia, however if NVidia offers the better performance, I have to go with NVidia.

Now, that said. a 1060 3GB can feel the pain with its 3GB RAM limit . RX-480 or RX-570, is where I'd have to side, with at least 4GB RAM. Compare prices and features closely to get the best deal and performance.

What do you mean change on your upcoming build? If you post the parts here me and everyone else could look over it and make some suggestions but for your monitor, i'd opt for something with AMD FreeSync if you are getting the RX 570. Just list your budget for exact Monitor recommendations.

if you're not already using it, try www.pcpartpicker.com/list/ to track your cost and compatibility. It's free and without strings, and has the ability to help you copy your list here (links and/or BB Code) in the forums for review. Plus, you can, hopefully, adjust to your specific country for purchasing your parts.

EDIT: You don't even have to log in to take advantage of that site

i am so sorry i accidentally didnt post the link (its an upcoming build)
http://
(p.s im not sure if i will use a 7600 or a 6600 because of price and since apparently it doesnt make a big difference )
(p.p.s would this system run UEBS?)

I took a moment and tweaked your build and added two alternative monitors. Any one of those monitors will work very well. The Acer and AOC brand monitors will also add freesync as well. I've been thinking of the AOC one as an upgrade for myself if I stay at 1080p. (currently using a 7 year old Asus VK246H as my primary monitor)

Just some ideas... especially if you're not buying everything locally. (and you're in the U.S.A.)
