Will my CPU bottleneck my 1080ti?

I currently have a i5 7600k and was wondering if it will bottleneck my 1080ti. I have not yet purchased my GPU. If it is going to bottleneck then I'll look into the i7.

no it won't bottleneck. with that said, what used to be the standard for gaming (4 cores/4 threads) is quickly becoming more demanding. An I7 will allow more room to maneuver with the likes of BF1 and other newer games needed as many threads as you can throw at them. Safe bet is the I7. But with the I5 you can still overclock and negate some of the more demanding titles requirements.
