So , for all of experts on this forum pls help .
So I have Radeon 7770 wich I put in my friend PC , but fans wont spinup and it dosent get that hot and performance is awful . I installed msi afterburner and CPU CLOCK reads 0 and Memory Clock reads 0 also RPM FAN reads 0 PSU in that PC has 6pin plug for GPU also I checked 12v and 5v rail on that psu while pc is runing with 7770 and on 12v it reads 12.25 and on 5v rail it reads 5.5v. I installed Win 10 pro 64 bit fresh install . Same thing but when I put it in my PC it works just fine .
