Save $20 more bucks and get a Ryzen 5 1400 for $169.99. That will run very well with a 1070.

i know about ryzen 5, im currently aiming the 1600 for my main plan. i need something that is more cheaper just in case.
i heard that fx 6300 wouldn't bottleneck gtx 1070 at 1440p, im just curious is there any more cpu that also wouldnt bottleneck and has a decent performance overall with gtx 1070.

Unless you have an AM3 motherboard, I would not recommend buying fx chip, that is a very old platform. Unless you are getting a killer deal for the chip and mobo, I would stay away from AM3. Used will prolly be your best way to go. Or wait for the Ryzen 3 to be released.
