I recently got an old computer, and I plugged it in and got a blue and yellow LED on the Motherboard Light up. So I shorted the power (no power button) and the PSU let out a whine, but no POST. So I removed my drive and tried it again, but again no POST. I need help on finding out what this is, and I can't replace it because I only have $50.

RAM: OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB (4 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 1066 Quad Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Graphics: EVGA Nvidia GeForce GT 640
CPU Cooler: Kootek KC01 - 4 Heat Pipes 120mm LED Blue Cooling Fan
Thermal Paste: Stock Kootek
Hard Drive:WD Black 250 GB Mobile Hard Drive WD2500BEKT - Broken Recently
Note: I found out The HDD was Dead, So I'll try somthing else, Maybe my 16GB Linux Boot Drive - USB.
