So I've ordered 2 (returned and replaced) pairs of soundmagic e50s and both have had the same problem. When I turn the cable while listeneing to music there is static and the phone will unplug them (pause music etc). It seem the Jack can move a tiny bit out with my phone, but not with my friends s6.
A couple other pairs of earphones I have work fine with my phone. I'm still not sure whether to order a different pair of earphones or to go and get my phone jack checked out. Any advice? Thanks.
