Best Graphics Cards under 4000 rps (around 70$)

So i need a gaming graphics card...and i know it would be a little difficult for me with such budget but still...i hope you guys can help.

My Pc Specs
Inter Core 2 duo
6 gb ram

Games i want to play
Assassin Creed Black Flag
Gta 4/5
Fifa 14/15
Tomb Raider
Bioshock Infinite

If an AMD RX 550 is out of your price range then you should buy a used card if gaming is the goal. Something like a GTX 650 Ti would be better than anything new you can buy for that price. This assumes you have the power supply for it, and are prepared to play at either 720p or lower settings or both.

Your dual core will hold back performance in certain games no matter what card you buy.

So i checked rx 550 and...its...well...Way Out Of My Budget (98$ with shipping charges included)....I just need 35-45 fps..I can't really increase my budget...So please it would be great if you guys could help me....Thanks Anyway...!!

Well I guess a used card is what i need right now....So i want to know will there be any disadvantages of buying a used card...like performance issues or heating problem?...And can a ddr5 card be compatible with my ddr3 ?
