Is this good pc build? Any way to up and use less money?

My recommendations:
1. Better cooler. You want to overclock, so a basic budget one won't work. I either go with the Cryorig H7 or the be quiet! Dark rock 3
2. Atleast DDR4-2400 speed for your RAM
3. A 240GB SSD for OS and such
4. Network cards don't look very nice inside your case. You can get a USB Network adapter if you want instead.
