Why my RAM is only on 50 % ?

Solution
I assume you mean speed?

The "DDR" in DDR2/3/4 = Double Data Rate.

Therefore 807.9MHz x2 (doubled) = 1600MHz (well actually 1615.8MHz, but that's not the marketting term).

If you expect to have 16GB of 1600MHz, you do. If you're expecting something else, we'll need more info.

I was just about to ask the same thing about my RAM upgrade (I've recently upgraded my ancient laptop to 8GB (2x4GB DDR3 SODIMM), but in CPU-Z I see DRAM frequency: ~533MHz, which according to your explanation would mean that it hits ~1066, which is the max for my CPU)

Thanks :)
