Anyone know a good one?

i need some extra usb ports (4+) and i won't be running anything that requires a lot of power so i don't want to have to connect any additional cables to it.

If you want to get 4 USB 3.0 ports on a single card, it will need an external power connector in order to meet the specs for USB 3.0.

Is there a specific reason that prevents you from using something like a SATA power connector? If so, you may be out of luck.

no i just don't want to run a cable to it.

If that's it, then you need to decide whether or not your desire to not run the cable outweighs your desire to have 4 additional USB 3.0 ports without having a hub.

If you really don't want to run that cable, get a USB hub. They aren't as fast, but they get the job done.

If you really need the full bandwidth of 4 more USB 3.0 ports, you'll just have to run the cable.

I don't need the full bandwidth.

ill even take a usb 2 one.

I missed that, sorry.

I can't find any PCIe USB cards that do not require a power connector. If I manage to run across any, I'll let you know. That said, it's a pretty niche market, and I don't know if any companies would put the resources into bringing one to market.
