1050Ti or rx 460 without power connector

Guys I need a 1050Ti or rx 460 card but can it get power directly from motherboard or they have 6pin connector on themselves?Thank you for help and sry for my English

Yes, make sure it's of decent quality. You don't have to buy the most expensive, or very high power, but it should be a reputable brand. EVGA, Corsair, and Antec are examples of power supplies that would be better choices than the type you have now. Also make sure that any power supply you pick has the 6 pin or 6+2 pin pci-ex connector that the videocard you pick needs. If the card you want needs an 8 pin, for example, the power supply should have a 6+2 pin pci-ex connector on it.
Both those cards come in versions that do not require any extra connector, they get their power from the motherboard as long as your motherboard is a standard design. Any reputable place will have the power requirements for the card listed.

A few pre-built computers like Dell or HP may use motherboards which put out less power than standard, as long as you don't have a computer like that you will be okay.

edit: I just looked up that power supply, 14A on the 12V output? No, do not upgrade the videocard on this computer. This is not an adequate power supply. It's an old design and of low quality. A good 400W power supply will provide a much higher 12V output, You want to see something closer to 30A on that output.
