So, I am currently sitting in front of my newly upgraded PC. I have upgraded my Motherboard to a ASUS X370-PRO, a Ryzen 1600 with standard cooler and 16GB RAM (G.Skill Tridentz RGB).

Here is a video of the Motherboard and monitors not showing anything and yes, both monitors don't detect anything (its as they didn't know the pc started up) AND 1 monitor is connected to the Motherboard and the other monitor to the GPU.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yMzZofDRi8o&feature=youtu.be

ATX Power (24 pin) is connected. CPU fan and power (EATX12V) are connected, ram is at slot DIMM_A2 and DIMM_B2, which is the recommended memory configuration from the manual. Both Hard drives are connected to SATA 1 and 2. USB3.0, USB2.0 and Front panel audio are connected.

The only thing that I may messed up is the System Panel Connector (Power SW/ Reset SW/ H.D.D. LED) I tried to turn them (+ to -) often and it didn't do any difference.

It's possible you've gotten an X370 that still has an old BIOS version that doesn't support Ryzen. Then you have to clear CMOS and flash the BIOS to the latest version then give this another try.

Secondly, I don't think your Ryzen even has on board graphic support even if your motherboard did. So i don't think you should have anything plugged into the onboard graphics and have it making you believe you have no video. i think you have to go through GPU only.

"1 monitor is connected to the Motherboard and the other monitor to the GPU"

-Why? This is not supported with Ryzen. Ryzen doesn't have integrated graphics. The graphics port on the mobo does nothing. Please unplug that monitor and leave one of the monitors unplugged for now.

-Also TridentZ is not officially supported on the Ryzen platform even though they should work now. They didn't work well before at all.
FlareX is for the X370.

-There is an issue for some people where it takes a long time to post, 10+ minutes. So try leaving your computer running for 10+ minutes and see if it goes past the BIOS. Then flash the BIOS. Flashing bios is very important on the Ryzen platform.

So umm..... how do I clear CMOS on the X370-Pro? I can see there's a ''Clear RTC RAM Jumper'' is it that? I have seen people put a plastic thing on those 2 pins but...do I keep my pc on? Should I put that plastic thing on before I start the pc?

How does this work? Oh and I cannot access the bios at all. It's a black screen the whole time...

-I have tried to only have the GPU plugged in to the monitor....no difference...back screen.

-I've heard/read that as well.....but by then I had already ordered the ram....should I give it back and buy the flareX ones?

-Takes to long to post? What do you mean with? I have currently the pc on for exactly 20min......still black screen

Ryzen cpu's do not have integrated graphics. So I have to have the GPU plugged in.
I also tried with 1 stick of ram....no difference

The Monitors still have no signal at all...

From what I've understood, Grounding means running the motherboard outside the case...right? How would that do a difference? All cables would be plugged in exactly as they were in the case...
