I am running Windows 10. Firefox, Chrome, and Edge cannot open any web site. I can PING sites OK - by domain and by IP. I have tried flushing dns. Since it is a problem in all browsers I assume there is something in Windows settings I am missing. Can you tell me what it might be?

Open a command prompt as administrator. Now enter this:
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press Enter. Now enter this:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Press Enter. Now enter this:
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit
Press Enter.
Reboot your computer
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
Press Enter. Now enter this:
netsh winsock reset catalog
Press Enter. Now enter this:
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit
Press Enter.
Reboot your computer
