cpu unparking safe for my specs?

My specs:
AMD FX-8300

DDR3 12GB Memory

AMD Radeon R9 255 2gb

HDD 2TB Storage

BD Combo optical drive

I have been getting around 30-50 fps on h1z1 and my friend has told me about cpu unparking and i want to know if its safe for specific specs and how to do it easily, thanks.

Unparking cores is just a fancy way of saying disabling power management. It should be safe for all processors as it just stops the OS from disabling cores when cpu usage is low (as a way to save power).

There are plenty of unparking utilities out there, just have to google it.
