Yes, that card will fit your PC. Yes, you'll be able to run those games, but GTA5 is going to need to have the settings reduced to play comfortably. A lot will depend on the screen resolution you use. And GTA5 is very CPU demanding besides. And any online multiplayer gaming adds even more work for the CPU. Your 2C/4T i5-650 may struggle at times.

You're not going to want to hear this but that's not a good computer for the kind of games you want to play. It's an older, therefore slower, CPU. In those games, that makes a big difference. The power supply is not powerful enough, plus since it's a SFF, it's not likely you can upgrade it. Finally, a GT 730 DDR5 is the kind of card that gets ~30fps average at lowest settings at 720p or less on those kinds of games. And we're not talking a steady 30fps, you'll see lots of stuttering and frame drops.

If you want to get an old Dell and pop a videocard in there to make it into a gaming computer, look for a mini tower not a SFF.
