Hey guys!

I decided to buy a new GPU plus a new monitor, my current setup is the following:

ASUS M5A97 R2.0
AMD FX 8350
2x4 GB DDR3 Kingston (1866Mhz HyperX FURY Blue)
EVGA GTX 950 SC
Seasonic M12ii 620w Evo Edition

Budget: EUR 500

Store: Amazon ES, UK, DE, IT or FR (Amazon Global Elegible and the seller has to be Amazon too).

Purpose: gaming (FIFA, Virtua Tennis, I don't play FPS), watching movies, reading books and programming.

GPU: I don't care if its NVIDIA or AMD.

Monitor: 24''

Please tell me if you need any more info.

Thank you!

LOL, yeah more info might be helpful. A 24" monitor? That covers a lot of ground. Resolution, refresh rate, adaptive sync would just be a couple of things that affect your choices. Is there a reason why you also want to upgrade the GPU? You mention nothing about the performance you are getting from your 950, so it's hard to tell if you even need a new videocard.

Sorry!

Resolution: 1080p

No adaptive sync

Refresh rate: 60hz - I think if I go with 144hz the 950 would suffer, am I right? If I'm wrong then I'd like one with 144hz

My original idea was to buy only the monitor because I'm pretty satisfied with the performance of the 950 in the games I play.
But if I go with 144hz should I upgrade my GPU too?
If I buy only the monitor I would spend 200-250.
