Computer black screens after installing drivers for my graphics card.

When I installed the drivers for my AMD Radeon 270x and tried to reboot the PC it went to a black screen. I can only go to safe mode where it recognizes my graphics card but anytime i try to boot normally it black screens. Any help on this issue is well appreciated!

Didn't seem to work. I am planning on getting a new graphics card, power supply, and motherboard anyway so will that fix the issue? Because I don't wanna buy all of this stuff and still have the issue.

It goes black right after the windows logo and i cannot see the cursor.

doesnt sound like parts alone will resolve your issue. it sounds like you need to reinstall your operating system. but youll have to do that anyway if you are getting a new motherboard, so technically it will probably resolve the issue anyway.

Only if you'd know, What could the issue be if I get all the parts and reinstall and it still does it?
