After updating the bios to F22 I am no longer able to get memory to work at 3200. Even when selecting manual or XMP, it shows 3200, however when boots it shows 2800. I had no issues before. Any help would be grateful!

No, there shouldn't be any problems if the flashing of the BIOS is successful.

Generally, upgrading of BIOS should only be done if there were some issues with the system, otherwise the BIOS should be left alone.

Downgrading BIOS is not usually done unless issues appear after the upgrading BIOS. As it seems in this case here, downgrading the BIOS is probably the best way to go to help with memory issues.

I am unable to go back to original bios, as skylake was introduced and only lets me downgrade so far. I did re-flash to older one, but was getting v-core issues. Then flashed back to current F22 and memory issues were gone, able to hit 3200 at timings. However, now I need more v-core to achieve a 4.4 OC for the 6700k. I think I will try offset OCing later tonight.

Another Question, Intel Burn Test - is the highest mode Maximum/Extreme good to use? Seems to cause mini freezes every few minutes. Or should I be using a less intense way to test?
