Asus Z170-ws Help

Motherboard: Asus Z170-WS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
memory: Tridentz rgb ddr4-3200
Storage: samsung 1tb ssd
video card: Asus GeForce GTX 690 4GB Video Card
power supply: Corsair 850W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

i finished this build the other day and had it running window 10 pro but today i got my new power supply. i remove the timp one then i put in the new one. but when i go to start it doesn't boot and it starts giving me a code 99 and a blue led(DIAG_HDD) on the board. i tried everything then i finally updated the bios using a usb. it is now giving me code a2 and the same led on the board. still just a blank monitor. please help
