It was a drive for Nvidia desktop Interface, an had something to do with Vulcan an open CL environment, Im not sure but I ran a MS Debugger on the file an Its seam to have worked becuase I dont see any errors Driver Management concluded the process to install driver nv_desktop_ref4i.inf_amd64_e338fad19c352104\nv_desktop_ref4i.inf for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_13C2&SUBSYS_113110DE&REV_A1\4&2FE1A02D&0&0008 with the following status: 0x0. This is the end results, an what I was looking for drive Installation success. Thanks All ( Fixed )
