20 fps on low settings with gtx 1050

my pc specs are:
i7 7700k
16 ram
gtx 1050
when i play gta v i get around 20 fps on low settings
my graphic card driver is on the latest version
my gpu temp is 34 , cpu 37
any help ??

To clarify, the GTX 1050 only puts out its full-powered rendering through its own ports; it can't send that render back through the motherboard and out the motherboard's port. By plugging your monitor into the motherboard, you're using the built-in Intel graphics chip instead of the GTX 1050.
