ok so i have a bc im building for a family member its 2 gigs of ddr2 ram 1 sata hard drive 1 dvd drive an E8400 core 2 duo overclocked to 4.0 and lastly an nvidia 7950 GX2 there family members budget is around 33$ below are links to the psu's

The EVGA, it's overkill, but it's a known brand that is less likely to burn the house down.

"brand new lead PSU 650W" - can only deliver 30A @12V (360W)...In 2017..kay then...

Tbh they're all awful except for the EVGA
Which isn't exactly good but not some stone age platform which is an accident to happen.
