MSI x370 Debug light on soild

So I have built a new Pc yesterday and I got to the bios, then I got to my windows installer in. After copying files it said it would restart. After restarting my Ez Debug led light came on for the CPU and DRAM,I haven't heard any beeps though,.The screen wouldnt show anything.Also to turn the pc off I have to hold the button. I haven't tried much yet but I wouldnt mind some suggestions or answers.

1. are you overclocking anything ?
2. what speed is your memory, if more than 2133, reset bios by removing the battery while power is disconnected from power supply for 1 min, return battery and power and boot to bios and make sure XMP is not running.

many issues with Ryzen and XMP and memory over 2400 reported, I suggest you go look at the MSI web site for your support of your motherboard for a new bios before doing anything else.
