Generally speaking, the stock cooler will handle any speed that the non-k processor will run at.
Now, that is not to say it will handle it elegantly. It will be quite loud and you may have higher temperatures than an aftermarket cooler will provide. But you should not experience thermal throttling.

the stock cooler is designed to let you run a CPU in turbo mode. it can get up to 90 degrees Celsius under load but never overheats to the point it would cut the power
