How to fix bad sector on my hdd?

you can't really fix a bad sector. all you can do is run a surface scan with a hard drive diagnostic tool to mark the sector(s) as bad so the HDD doesn't try to read from it anymore

hi,
download hard disk sentinel trial and look at the health of the drive. If it is lower than 60%
it is critical to backup and change it before it is completely defective.
If it is in the 80%, you can run a chkdsk /r on it but monitor the drive closely for degradation.
