i7 3770
Asus p8b75-m
Corsair Vengeance ddr3 1333mhz 8gb
Asus Gtx 970
Samsung 1tb
2 monitors

So this is my pc, in the last month i get in my head that i need to upgrade.
I use my pc for gaming, photoshop, animation and in general some video softwares.
My problem is that sometimes i get stuttering and lag, games like gta and arma and cs and when i have premiere and after effects open with chrome cpu and ram usage goes to 70-90 sometimes.
My doubts right now is either to upgrade my ram and buy a ssd and maybe i can stay on this build for more 3 years +/-, or go balls deep and get a i7700k some z270 board 16gb ddr4 ram and samsung ssd + 1tb hard disk, i would go for 7700 and z270 because the diference in price is not that big in relation to i7 6700 and z170.
If my i7 worked in 1151 sockets i would totally buy mobo+ram+ssd and stay on this processor.
Let's say i decide to full upgrade is the difference that big?
I really would like your guys opinions on this....

Your i7 is aging, but still should be strong. How much RAM do you have? Also when running Adobe products, are they rendering int he background? It seems that you just have a lot going off. If you can afford a 7700K with everything else, then go for it. But this is a pretty good set up if you ask me. But it does have it limiations.

So my recommendation? If you can afford it, go for the whole PC. If not, get more RAM and you should be able to handle Premiere and After Effects, since those are memory hoggers.

Forgot i have 8gb, sometimes yes is rendering. Budget is no problem, is just that i am the type of guy that let it run until the end, i did buy my 970 last year before that i have a 580....

You don't mean the RX 580, do you? Also 8GB is a bit too long to multitask like that. So if you want, upgrade to 16GB or even 32GB of memory to have everything running at once.

No, gtx 580 old i know! So going for 16 or maybe 32 ram and let`s say 500gb ssd would solve my problem?

I think my problems with multi-tasking is resolved now i have 2 doubts.
I know that ssd will only improve loading speeds what about ram will i see big improvements in games?
Second is right now i have corsair vengeance 8gb(2x4) ddr3 1333mhz if i buy same but another frequency like 1600mhz will i have problems or it will downgrade to 1333 automatically but operate normaly and since i have 8gb 2x4 do i need to have them all the same? like 32 4x8 or can i have right now 16gb 2x4/2x8.

You won't see a BIG increase in games, but it will run a bit smoother since the memory can be spread out. Your motherboard supports up to 2200mhz. But if you do mis-match, it will default down to the lowest. You want to buy RAM in sets or get the same exact RAM that you already have.
