I just upgraded my r9 380 2gb to a 1070 sea hawk x and i'm getting less fps in game for example I was getting 193 fps on a bench mark test (csgo) with my r9 380 and now i'm getting 143 fps. i'm also getting less fps (50ish) on PUBG with all setting on very low. I DDU'd the drivers and reinstalled them, i have also just installed the driver without nvidia experience (which fixed some peoples problems) I have also reinstalled windows. Would appreciate some help! 
edit: specs are i5 4690k @4.0ghz, MSI 1070 Sea Hawk x, 8gb ddr3@1333mhz, 500w EVGA bronze PSU, Gigabyte Z97P-D3 motherboard.
