Hi there guys

I've bought a Dell XPS about 2 years ago for my studies. Since the beginning in thought something (speed, performance) might be a bit off, but i never really much cared as everything worked as good as i needed it to work.

Now lately i was noticing really slow speed of my pre-built-in samsung SSD PM851 M.2. I was googling around a lot, but couldnt find anything relating to me. "Slow" SSD seems to be if they're around 200s-400s, while mine is writing with a speed of around 30-70 mb/s.

It takes ages for the computer to copy or move a medium/big amount of data or many files at once.

DellSupport Assist says everything is OK and up-to-date including drivers and bios.

I checked my disk with disk manager and all seems fine, no problems recognized.

The AS Benchmark, ive ran it multiple times, this is the best i've got:

Anyone has an idea what this is all about? What can i do to improve my speed? This feels like HDD level and it is really annoying to wait 50-60 minutes to install something in size of around 40gb.

thanks everyone for the help and sorry for my language - im not a native speaker..
