considering the 1080ti is for 4k gaming or atleast 2k multi monitor gaming[otherwise its an overkill. swith to a 1070 for 1080p or 1080 for 2k] u need 16 gigs of ram. so some quality changes :

^ having the 1080ti will give u more than 200 fps with everything turned on and will cause screen tearing. u need a g sync capable monitor to eliminate that. but y though? the 1070 is more than enough for 120+ fps in those games @ 1080p with all eye candies in maxed out settings.

gta v and mass effect andromeda r the only intensive games there. crysis 3, witcher 3, bf 1 should blaze through with a 1070 for 1080p. and for gta v with all maxed out settings, 16 gigs of ram is advisable. especially if u r gonna give the max textures and filters.
if u swapp in for a 1080 with the 24" model, it should be around ur budget.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Aggressive_Metamorph : "Is this parts list good?"

This is my parts list=https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jtG6Fd

I was wondering if this parts list is capable of playing GTA 5,Far Cry 4,Crysis 3,The Witcher 3,Mass Effect Andromeda and Battlefield 1 at the highest possible settings(with all the extra graphics setting turned all the way up)

Also can you guys help me with the monitor selection?I'm looking for a 1920x1080 res monitor that's under 200 bucks.
