Max cpu cooler height for that case is 180mm. That cpu cooler is 163mm.
As for the dim slot obstruction, you should be fine. As stated in your motherboard manual, both memory modules should be inserted in both dimma2 and dimmb2 which should give you enough of a gap for memory clearance.

You have to raise the fan up to clear the module closest to the heatsink because there will be slight interference.

My apologies, unselect my answer as best answer. It appears this heat sync is massive and protrudes over all three if not four dim slots.

I'd also advise you to not to get Trident Z RGB memory if the cpu cooler is that size, as it will block the lighting effect. If you go with low profile memory modules, they shouldn't interfere with the cpu cooler.
