My gpu stopped working PLEASE HELP!

Hi guys, i have a big problem and its killing me, i have a gtx 680 sc, i decided to clean up my pc, i disconnected everything, clean, then plug everything again, i turned on my pc, and it didnt show any video, then i checked the GPU, unplugged it and then plug again, it worked fine, but the pc didnt recognized it, and i couldnt start any game, so i decided to restard the pc, and when i did, the gpu didnt want to show up video again, IDK WHATS GOING ON, ive been already 3 days trying hard to fix it, i am from venezuela and i cant afford another card like this, so please i want all the help i could get, i was so happy w it, bcuz it was a gift from my dad [ he saved up just to buy it ] and it only last me a few hours, the same day it got spoilt im so desperate, and im sorry for my bad english !! PLEASE HELP!!

Do you have onboard graphics? If so, remove the videocard and boot up using onboard graphics. Does the computer work? That videocard requires a lot of power, what kind of power supply do you have? Make/model?

If the PC didn't recognize it, it didn't work fine. So, did it work ever or not? Do you know for a fact this videocard works?
