So I'am planning to buy a new GPU ----> https://www.morele.net/karta-graficzna-gigabyte-radeon-rx-460-windforce-oc-4gb-gddr5-128-bit-hdmi-dvi-dp-gv-rx460wf2oc-4gd-974797/ and I'm wondering if there will be any bottleneck with my current PC:
CPU: AMD APU A8-5500
Mobo: MSI MS-7800
RAM: 2x4gb ddr3 1600mhz
PSU: MODECOM PSU FEEL 500 watt

Also I'm not really sure if it will fit in my pc case since when i last checked the front panel is pretty big.

Last question Is there any diffrenece between the low profile model of the card (MSI) and the (GIGABYTE) version in performance or Is It just smaller?

Low profile cards are made for slim line cases, but they can also be used in regular mid towers too. If your case is a mid tower, get the full height card. They are usually better at cooling due to bigger fans and heat sinks. Of course, if your case is a slim line, then you'll have to get the L-P card... assuming the case even has room for one.

The motherboard I currently have is a micro atx one, so as long as the card reaches no further than the end of the motherboard its fine. The case is about the same size as the old ones back in the days were.

If your case is similar to that mid tower, you're fine with any full height card. No need for a low-profile card. That RX-460 above should be fine. It is only 191mm long. http://www.gigabyte.us/Graphics-Card/GV-RX460WF2OC-4GD#sp
Measure the room you have yourself if you are in doubt. But it won't extend past the width of the motherboard.

One consideration for concern, however...
That picture was of an old Dell case. Some older Dells used a BTX design motherboard/case system and placed the PCIex16 slot in such a manner that you could not use a double width card like that. It had to be single width. So, if you have something like a Dell Optiplex 755, let me know or take a pic of the inside of the case and post it here.
