hi i have a amd fx 8320, a r9 380 nitro edition, 16gb ddr3 16oomhz ram and a gigabyte GA-990x SLI-CF mobo. before i changed my motherboard i had a budget asus one and i noticed that in games my fps would drop from like 100+ to around 40 then back up so i changed the motherboard for a higher spec one and added more ram. i've got open hardware monitor and notice a drop in the cpu core clock speed and notice that in task manager the usage drops aswell. i have tried to add more volts to the cpu to try and fix this and i have also gone from the stock clock speed of 3.5ghz up to 4.4-4.5ghz to also try to eliminate this problem and i'm still having this stutter/fps drop does anyone know a solution to this and i've turned off turbo etc.
