Good PC for 1080p???

I'm assuming by 75h you mean 75Hz?! Personally, I would get a 144Hz monitor (if you don't have the money then fair enough). That PC would be very nice for 1080p in my opinion. The GPU is quite good, so it should run 1080p easily in my opinion.
