I am planning on building a computer to play video games and stream/ video edit on. I will mostly be playing ESport games e.g. LOL and CS:GO but would like the option to play more intense games.

I have decided I will probably get one of these:

But I'm not sure which is the most cost effective or suitable to my needs.
Though I have the money for all of them any money saved would obviously be nice but if saving that money means video editing will be a pain I would rather spend the extra.
I will be playing at 1080p 60Hz but plan on upgrading to 1440p and 120Hz but only for games like LOL and CS:GO.

ALL PRICES ARE IN UK FORMAT PLEASE

They all need a 2nd HDD or an SSD if you want to record videos properly.

Ryzen also cares alot about how fast of ram you use.

LoL and CSGO don't really benefit much from GPUs stronger than a 1060 or rx480/580 though.

The 1700 is largely the better value, because it be OC'd to perform nearly as well as the 1700x and 1800x, but you're going to want an aftermarket cooler ($30-50, so like 25-45 GBP)
