Hello, I am looking for a budget gaming laptop. So far, I am mostly looking at Lenovo Y520 with 1050 TI, but I was wandering if it worth buying the more expensive i7 7700HQ, instead of i5 7300HQ, how much will be the difference in games like Wither 3, Wildlands, etc...

well the i7 will be better at the games you describe if its worth it, it depends on how much more you´ll pay for the i7 and the weak link there is the 1050ti gpu i wouldnt pair it with an i7 even if its a mobile one. i´ll be looking for something like 1060 for 1920x1080 or a 1070, probably because mobile gpus dont perform as good as desktop ones.
