I'm trying to figure out what's causing my lag in games. Temps are fine, when I open my task manager nothing seems abnormal except this:

Is this normal? Or does it indicate a problem. My Ethernet chart has massive up and down spikes (as shown in the picture) but not sure what this means. Could this cause game lag/stuttering? Thank you.
