Hello,

I have upgraded my computer, and now run a Ryzen 1600X on a MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon, along with 3200Mhz Corsair DDR4, all under Windows 10.
However, the performance I get is far from exceptionnal:
CPU-Z tells me that my CPU is running at 22 x 100Mhz. How can I get the CPU to run at 3.6Ghz , as it should ?
BIOS is up to date (1.30 as we speak).
Benchmarking the CPU in CPU-Z indicates performance inferior to a 2500K in SC mode...
I have tried the "high performance" power profile, and the dedicated "ryzen" power profile.
No change.

Thank you for your help, I don't quite know where to look...

Solution
I fromatted the SSD and reinstalled Windows 10 earlier today, but that didn't change anything.
However, MSI has released a new BIOS today, and my 1600X is now perfectly fine! Working at 3.6Ghz like a charm, and watercooled up to 4 Ghz !

Not much happens, apart from fans blowing harder: I get stuck at 22 x 100Mhz ...

Should I format my HD and reinstall Windows 10 ? I used to run a core i5 2500K before I upgraded the mobo / CPU.

Did you not reinstall windows when you upgraded the mobo and CPU?
You should have.
