About just a few weeks ago this started happening. It usually happens when I leave my computer idle and on, the screen will go black and my computer becomes unresponsive. I type on the keyboard, try task manager, ctrl alt delete but nothing happens. The only resort for me is the power button on my pc tower and once I push it, it instantly turns off. Upon reboot and login. Everything is fine up until windows is logging in. It goes slow, starts off at a black screen for about 10-30 seconds and then says "windows has recovered from an unexpected error". After clicking check for solution it just closes the window and no further windows appear.

Backup HD: 500 GB
