is there a way to flash a overclockable AMI BIOS?

my other PC has a old motherboard with a q6600 and i was wondering if you could be able to flash an overclockable bios onto it? it has heatsinks over the VRMs so it looks like it should be capable for overclocking.

Imo old PC will suffer from overclocking.
Anyway there is always possible to flash bios using programmer.

all these videos ive seen on youtube requires a "Homemade" or modified USB Stick where it looks like you have to desolder the motherboard's bios chip and flash it somehow, but how do i flash a AMI Bios with just a normal USB stick? like surely there's a way to put a overclockable version AMI Bios onto a USB then flash it like that.
