ok, so my story is, that I'm installing an SSD instead of HDD into my Dell Inspiron n5110 and I have checked all the connections twice, set up the boot order, get the default settings in BIOS, but I still get the PXE-E61 error.... Even tried buying a CD-ROM adapter and getting an SSD to work from the ODD SATA connection, it kind of worked, but booting was still an issue, it gave me a different error: "Cant boot windows, recent hardware change might be the cause."
It really seems that this laptop towards this SSD is like a vegetarian towards meat...
I really need help, please give any advice.

That error is network boot related. On some motherboards its seperated from normal boot order section of the bios. Have a look around, maybe there is a "Boot Network Devices Last" option in there, or just disable PXE

But what are you trying to boot? Have you cloned you HDD or is the SSD blank?
