Easily the 1400, but I still get the 1500x over both. It comes with a good enough cooler to oc all cores to 3.6/3.7 easily

Once you overclock the 1400 it's going to gives you almost the same scores as the 1500/1500x.

The difference is you have to spend more on a cpu cooler than the price difference between a 1400 and 1500x to get the same performance and the cache will always be less
