I want to give my friend a GPU to play games on, since he plays Roblox at 15 fps on his current machine, but he has a SFF Dell Optiplex and I only have $25. Any ideas? New or Used, I don't care.

Specs:
Dell Optiplex
4GB DDR2 RAM (most likely 800 mhz)

Thanks for at least reading,

Used is certainly the way to go. thus I can only suggest what to look for. For that price range it could be a really old card, I would avoid anything older than a 500 series Nvidia, or a 6000 series AMD card. perhaps see if there are used GT 730s or GT 710s, but there could always be a much better card priced to move. see if there is anyone local who might sell one.

may go look that OptiPlex model [like if its a 9010 or a 3020 ?? ] at dell forums and graphics card up grades for them and see whats recommended and will work

something in a AMD card is a good bet and they tend to have better bios compatibility with then prebuilts

like from here I may not be so easy as just any card lo pro or not ?

1) *A lot of older, or under-powered cards exist. I would aim for something like the NVidia GT730 (384 Cuda core) at minimum.

2) if only 32-bit Windows (not 64-bit) avoid more than 1GB VRAM on the card. Otherwise get more if possible.

3) Investigate POWER requirements and adapters, length of GPU etc.

4) Windows version must have DRIVER support (see NVidia or AMD to find drivers and see if they have ones that match... some newer cards don't support prior to Windows 7).

5) EXAMPLES (over budget, but may find used?)

a) GT730 (384 cuda cores)-> https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Profile-Graphics-02G-P3-2732-KR/dp/B00L5GZ88W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1493254104&sr=8-1&keywords=gt730+low+profile

b) GT710 (not very powerful, but may be better than what he has)-> https://www.amazon.com/MSI-PCI-Express-710-1GD3H-LPV1/dp/B01DOFD3RY/ref=sr_1_37?ie=UTF8&qid=1493254571&sr=8-37&keywords=nvidia+low+profile
