Hi,
1) As per above, NONE of that list matters if you can't get into the BIOS. If you bootup and see a blank screen, then that's all prior to even booting from the Windows drive.

Thus it's a HARDWARE issue in that case.

2) HDMI to DVI cable is working?
I'm going to suspect that's actually NOT the case. Not sure how you confirmed this but it seem unlikely. An HDMI to DVI cable requires active CONVERSION of the signal and there's a lot of potential issues there.

I suggest you try a different monitor or HDTV which allows you to use a normal connector. For example, normal HDMI.

3) You also need your power cables to be connected. Probably have.

Have you tried this?

1. Turn off the computer and unplug-Hold the power button for 7 seconds(to release any static)
2. Remove Graphic card
3. Plug the monitor into your video output
4. Turn on the computer
5. Click on start and type MSConfig
6. Select the Boot tab and click on the box that says Safe boot with minimal selected.
7. Apply then click ok.
8. DO NOT RESTART.
9. Shut Down computer and unplug
10. Install Graphic card
11. Turn on the computer (should boot into safe mode)
12. Go into Device Manager
13. Expand Display Adapter
14. Disable the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 driver. NOT UNINSTALL
15. Click the start button and type MSConfig
16. Unclick Safe boot
17. Restart

I won't take credit for that solution. but it did work for me.
