From what i can gather it came from a Dell T10XW OptiPlex 3010 Small Form Factor.

It supports an i5-3450 which corresponds to LGA1155.

It does have a PCIE 2.0 x16 slot for something like a Geforce 1050 ($150) and you could probably put in an i5-3570k ($200).
Although with that $350 you might as well just save up for a more modern motherboard, unless you had something other than gaming in mind, like an ftp server.
